Barre is our most popular class offered at the studio. It is an excellent full body workout that incorporates the ballet barre. It is a low impact class, meaning it is great for all levels and any age. Target every area of your body through a series of strategic exercises that focus on toning and flexibility. Expect isometric holds and pulses to achieve an intense burn for maximum toning and calorie burn. Barre combines elements of ballet, pilates ( mat work) and yoga to create a killer class.
The studio offers two signature barre classes.
Beginner Barre and our Plie Pulse Class.
All classes start with a warm-up, followed by an arm series, exercises at the barre, a floor segment of mat exercises and 1 or 2 cardio bursts incorporated throughout.
